We require 50% deposit at the time of booking and at least 48hour notice for cancellation to receive a full refund. Cancellations on the day of the charter will receive a 50% refund. Your safety is our first priority, the Captain may determine that the charter needs to be rescheduled due to the weather and will notify the point of contact on the reservation immediately.

Food, beverages, sunscreen and gratuity for the crew are not included in the charter cost. Tips are discretionary, however 20% of the charter cost is customary for good service.

You should bring your own food, drinks (no glass), hats, sunglasses and sunscreen. We provide bottled water and a cooler for your use.

We guarantee that we will try very hard, but fishing is fishing and we cannot control all the factors that the ocean provides. With that said, our Captain and Mates are very good and usually if they aren’t catching fish, no one is. We truly want everyone to have a great experience and we promise that we will always strive to provide that!

Children are welcomed and encouraged. Our crew is very family oriented and will help children have a great time on both cruises and fishing charters. When booking the trip please inform us on how many kids and what ages they are. It is preferred that you bring your own USCG approved life vest but please inform us ahead of time if you are unable to.
